Italian Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. ripe olives
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. reduced-fat grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. Italian dressing mix (one 1.05 oz. pkg. dry mix)
    3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese with next 3 ingredients.
    Mix well. Add dry dressing and mayonnaise.
    Mix.
    Serve at room temperature.
