Beet Salad(Rodbetsalat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) jar pickled beets, drained
2 medium apples, thinly sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine beets and apples.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Chill well. Serve with cold meat or fish.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
