Ingredients

1 lb. Neese's sausage, hot or mild to taste
1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
8 oz. carton sour cream

Preparation

Brown sausage and crumble into small pieces.
Prepare wild rice according to package directions.
Mix the sausage, rice and sour cream together and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
