"Spanakopita" - Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. filo (if bought frozen, defrost in refrigerator 24 hours prior to using)
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dill weed or seed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    8 eggs (beat yolks until lemon colored; beat whites separately, until they form peaks)
    1 lb. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped scallions, sauteed in butter or 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    8 oz. dry cottage cheese (if regular, drain first)
Preparation
    Thaw frozen spinach and drain thoroughly.
    Except for filo and melted butter, combine ingredients.
    Leave egg whites for last, then fold them in.
