Luscious Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. leg of lamb (oven ready)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, in slivers
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil, bay leaf or mint (dried)
    1/2 tsp. onion salt or 1/4 tsp. each onion powder and salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash lamb in lemon juice and discard juice.
    Cut 1/2-inch slits in lamb, one inch apart and insert garlic.
    Mix dry ingredients and rub onto lamb.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes per pound.
