Chicken Salad Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. cooked finely chopped chicken
    2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In
    electric
    mixer,
    combine first 6 ingredients; then add the
    chicken, chopped eggs and onions. Mix well and chill; then shape
    into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serve with crackers, toast fingers or raw veggies.
