Smoked Oyster And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tin Rease smashed oysters, drained
Preparation
    In casserole to be used for baking, beat egg lightly with fork.
    Add milk, corn and seasonings.
    When mixed, scatter drained oysters over the top.
    Sprinkle with 4 soda crackers, crushed. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
