Ruby'S Lemon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, unbeaten
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. pecan pieces
    1 (8 or 9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients with a fork or whisk.
    (Do not beat with a mixer.)
    Stir in pecan pieces.
    Pour into pie shell and bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0.
