Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium zucchini (about 1 1/2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cream or condensed milk
Preparation

Wash and slice zucchini.
Saute in butter until barely tender, along with green onions.
Add chicken stock and parsley.
Puree in blender, adding only half the mixture to blender at a time. Return to saucepan; add Worcestershire sauce and cream.
Heat to very hot, but not boiling and serve at once.
Makes 4 servings.
