Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced bananas (should be ripe)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with its juice.
    Stir to blend but do not beat. Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool in pan on rack.
