Company Beef Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. round steak, frozen 1 1/2 hours
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. oil (salad)
    1/4 c. canned tomato juice
    2 c. onions, sliced
    1/2 garlic, minced with a steel knife
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    With steel knife in place, process garlic in food processor until finely minced. Place slicing blade in place and process onions. Cut steak into 3 sections, cutting with the grain; place on top of each other and cut into 3-inch lengths, cutting across grain. Place in processor using a slicing blade and cut crosswise against grain.
