Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    salad oil
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine butter, water and salt in medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flour; beat with wooden spoon. Return to heat; beat for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let cool. Beat in 1 egg at a time.
    Add vanilla; continue beating until mixture is smooth.
    Press mixture through fluted tip cookie press with 1/2-inch wide opening.
    Cut into 2-inch strips with wet scissors.
    Drop into 350\u00b0 fat.
    Fry several at a time for 2 minutes on each side.
    Drain well.
    Roll in cinnamon mixture or sugar mixture.
    Yields 2 1/2 dozen.
