Strawberry Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breast filets, skinned
Bisquick
salt and pepper
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
1 pt. strawberry glaze
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
canola oil
Preparation

Pound or beat filets to thin. Beat egg and add milk in a dish. Dip filets in milk/egg mixture, then shake or mix in Bisquick to coat. Refrigerate to cool and set coating 20 minutes. Heat in a boiler on low heat the strawberry glaze and add sliced strawberries. Stir occasionally. Heat oil in frying pan and fry filets until golden brown. Spoon glaze over filets just before serving.
