Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In double boiler, put milk to heat.
In bowl mix the rest of ingredients.
Prebrown 2 pie shells and set aside.
Mix and add to heated milk.
Cook until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add coconut (approximately 8 to 12 ounces); add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring and mix.
Pour into pie shells.
Makes 2 pies.
