Lebanese Beef And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. tender cut beef steak
    2 cans Blue Lake green beans or fresh green beans (3 c.)
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation
    Cut beef in bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle heavily with cinnamon and salt.
    Heat olive oil in medium-sized saucepan. Add the beef and brown it on all sides over relatively high heat. Add the green beans, tomato sauce and water.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over Lebanese rice.
