Buttered Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, melted
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Pour 1/2 melted butter into shallow dish.
Place sliced potatoes in and baste well with remaining butter, salt and pepper. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Baste with remaining butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Continue baking until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
