Mrs. Nixon'S Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked cut-up chicken
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 tsp. finely minced onion
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    2/3 c. finely chopped almonds (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 canned pimientos
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese, potato chips and almonds.
    Place in a large rectangular baking dish.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Top with cheese mixture and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
