Butterscotch Coconut Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in microwave 1 minute. Stir in brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Add remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Cut into 2-inch squares while warm.
    Cool before removing from pan.
    Makes 32 brownies.
