No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken (breasts; fryer parts)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick)
    2 to 3 c. uncooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease generously a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Layer rice or noodles first, then dot with margarine. Layer chicken, then cans of soup.
    Put water on top.
    Put lid on casserole.
    Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Do not open casserole to see if done!
    Remove from oven; allow to cool only 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove lid.
    Eat and enjoy!
