Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 wesson oil (or any kind)
3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. allspice
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. black walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and allspice.
Pour into sugar mixture and beat well.
Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, black walnuts, and vanilla.
Turn into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
