Baked Northern Pike - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pike
1/8 lb. butter
1 lemon
1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Parboil fish in chicken bouillon.
Place, belly down, in oblong baking dish, spreading with butter.
Bake in moderate oven until it begins to brown.
Sprinkle with juice of a whole lemon.
