Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked sausage links of bite size cooked ham
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Layer bread in well-greased large pan.
Spread Cheddar cheese over bread.
Place sausage or ham on top of cheese.
Beat eggs; combine with milk, dry mustard and mushroom soup.
Mix well and pour over the bread, cheese and meat.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Place in cold oven and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until brown.
