Good And Gooey Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. pkg. light caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Flour and grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine the milk and caramels over low heat, stirring constantly.
Set aside.
