Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 box chopped broccoli

Preparation

Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain.
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 400\u00b0 until done and browned off.
