Seafood Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 oz.) can (2/3 c.) broiled sliced mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    In skillet brown rice in butter.
    Add mushrooms, with liquid, remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Fluff with fork. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
