Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 to 1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine, softened
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Grease but do not flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan, then sprinkle coconut over nuts.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Do not stir.
