Brown Sugar Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. raw Spanish peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine syrup, syrup, water and dash of salt.
Cook and stir until sugars dissolve.
When syrup boils, blend in butter.
Stir frequently after mixture reaches thread stage (230\u00b0).
Add peanuts when temperature reaches 280\u00b0.
Stir constantly until 300\u00b0.
