Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (or for less fat, use turkey sausage)
    10 oz. shredded cheese
    3 c. prepared biscuit mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix well and roll into 1-inch balls. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until light golden brown.
