Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of pepper
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Heap cabbage in bowl.
Combine cream, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour over cabbage and toss lightly.
Arrange eggs around rim of bowl for trim. Makes 6 servings.
