Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine the cheese, soup, onion, pepper and butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add potatoes to the mixture.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until casserole is browned.
