Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans crushed tomatoes (28 oz. cans)
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    hot Italian sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil on low heat.
    Add all ingredients; bring to a bubble and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour.
    Add hot Italian sausage for added flavor.
