Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 red or green sweet peppers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Steam peppers 5 to 7 minutes. Slice the
    tops
    off
    and
    scoop\tthe centers out.
    Saute the onions and ground beef in the butter until the meat is brown. Add\tthe rice, eggs and seasonings.\tFill the steamed peppers; stand
    them in\ta
    buttered baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese
    on
    top of each.
    Bake for 10 minutes or put under the broiler until bubbling.
    Serves 4.
