Sausage And Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Polish sausage
16 oz. can sauerkraut
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 green pepper
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cut the sausage in small pieces.
Brown in Dutch oven.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
