Corn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. butter or oleo
3 1/2 c. herb seasoned croutons
3 c. cooked corn
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook onion and celery in butter.
Cool.
Mix in with other ingredients.
Shape into 8 or 10 balls.
Place in ungreased shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0
for 25 to 30 minutes.
