Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. venison
    1 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. cold water
    black pepper (add after meat is marinated)
Preparation
    If it grows beneath the ground (root vegetables), it grows in the cold earth; then start it in cold water and cover the pot with a lid.
