Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until thick; add water.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Fold into egg/sugar mixture.
Pour into shallow pan lined with waxed paper.
Spread thinly.
Bake about 12 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Invert onto cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Spread with warmed jelly or jam and roll quickly.
