Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. shrimp (precooked)
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 to 1 c. water or dry white wine
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 to 1 onion
    1/2 lemon
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Make a roux by mixing the flour in with the hot oil in a frying pan until browned. Add onion, chopped and garlic.
    Stir until soft. Add water and simmer until thick (like gravy).
    Add tomato sauce and spices with salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in shrimp and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over white rice.
    Serves 4.
