Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and chunked potatoes
    water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, combine the potatoes with enough water to cover.
    Cook over medium high heat until fork tender.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
