Zesty Italian Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese spread
hot cooked mostaccioli noodles or spaghetti
Preparation

Brown meat; drain.
Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and oregano.
Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in process cheese spread; heat.
Serve over mostaccioli.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
