Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook the peas and saut onion, green pepper and celery in the butter. Add the others and pour into a
    1 1/2-quart casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, top with crushed cheese crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
