Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. cracker crumbs (25 little crackers)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped Longhorn cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
    Put these on the top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
