Arizona Mountain Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked pinto beans
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 large tomato, skinned and diced
    1 c. chopped bacon
    3 small onions, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. water
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine beans, rice, tomatoes and water.
    In skillet, fry bacon, onions and garlic until well cooked.
    Add with drippings to bean mixture. Add seasonings. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add water, 1/2 cup at a time, as needed during cooking.
