1 (9 or 10-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
6 egg yolks
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) bottle Key lime juice
yellow or green food coloring (optional)
whipping cream
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring, if desired.
