Country Style Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 pan corn bread, crumbled
6 c. soft bread cubes
2 to 3 c. chicken broth
2 beaten eggs
4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil onion and celery in water until tender.
Combine all other ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Pour onion and celery (undrained) over bread mixture.
Stir well.
If mixture seems too dry, add more chicken broth or 1 cup milk.
Place mixture in buttered baking dish and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm on top.
