Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
2 (3 oz.) boxes sugar-free jello
2 c. buttermilk
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring pineapple to a boil.
Add jello.
Stir until dissolved. Cool.
Add buttermilk.
Chill again.
Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate.
