Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large white mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
Preparation
    Rinse and dry mushrooms.
    Remove stems.
    Set the caps aside and mince the stems.
    Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the onions and mushroom stems.
    Add the sausage and saute until the onions are soft and the sausage is browned.
    Place in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients except for mushroom caps; blend well.
    Place the caps on a lightly greased baking pan and stuff with the sausage mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
