Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa

Preparation

Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container. Making hot chocolate for 1 use:
1/3 cup mix, 3/4 cup hot water and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla.
Making hot chocolate for 4 use:
1 1/3 cups mix, 3 3/4 cups hot water and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
