Crunchy Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. perch or other fish (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 small clove garlic, minced
4 c. potato chips (make 1 1/2 c. crumbs)
2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. fine herbs, blended
Preparation

Thaw frozen fish.
Combine melted butter or margarine, garlic and herbs.
Arrange fillets, skin side up, in a shallow 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking dish.
Brush with butter mixture and 1/2 of the crumbs.
Turn fillets and repeat process with remaining butter mixture and crumbs.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serves 6.
