Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Add potatoes; stir well.
Sprinkle milk over flour mixture.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Prepare as regular biscuits; cook at 450\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
