Corned Beef Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 3/4 c. consomme
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. consomme
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. green pepper
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. salad dressing
Preparation

Separate corned beef and mix with other ingredients.
Put in a greased pan and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 9 to 10.
